Joan R. Maguire 84 of Hamilton Square passed away peacefully December 20, 2024.

Joan has been a lifelong area resident. She has been a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Parish since 1967.

At the first carnival she and her late husband were in charge of the food for several years. She started the first used uniform closet at the school.

She was a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the PTA.

She formerly worked in the religious education office of the parish.

Daughter of the late Peter and Rosaria Santilli.

Wife of the late Robert Maguire.

Grandmother of the late Megan McNellis.

Sister of the late Millie Carlson and Peter Santilli Jr.

Surviving are her daughter and son in law, Joanne McNellis Brink and Kenneth.

Son Robert Bobby Maguire.

Granddaughter Katie Smith and husband Bryan.

Great grandchildren William, Landen, Madison and Ryder.

Sister Anna Kiska, and Many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, January 2, 2025. at Saint Gregory the Great Church, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Sq. at 10:30am.
