As the oldest and first grandson in an Italian family, I was considered special. However my Aunt Joan was very special to me. She was the “fun” aunt. So many fond memories of her and Uncle Bob at our crazy Italian weddings are always in my memories. Living in Florida I would visit at Christmas time and Aunt Joan would decorate early for me. My heart is broken but her kindness and faith in God will always be in my thoughts and memories.
Rest in peace my sweet Aunt Joan!
