Obituary of Marke E. Dilks

Marke E. Dilks 95 of Hamilton passed away peacefully Wednesday November 22, 2023. Mr. Dilks was born in Lakehurst, NJ he resided in Whiting for many years and was an usher and active parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Whiting, NJ. He retired from General Motors after 44 years. He was also a former baseball coach and avid bowler in his younger years. A Member of the Knights of Columbus for many years. Marke had many hobbies and interests including Model trains, John Deere Tractors, Farming and Bowling. He was an animal lover and enjoyed older General Motors cars, was also an avid NY Yankee fan and a Dallas Cowboy fan. Son of the late George and Sarah (Ashton) Dilks. Brother of the late Sarah Raneger. Husband of the late Joyce Mae Buchko Dilks, with whom he enjoyed 60 years of marriage. Surviving are his son and daughter in law, Marke and MaryLou Dilks. Daughter, Michele Dilks. Daughter Joyce Ann Cantalice. Grandchildren, Jodi Triffa, Jeremy Dilks, Anthony Dilks, Ashley Diaz, Zachary Cantalice and Isabella Cantalice. 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00am Tuesday November 28, 2023 at St. Anthony's Church, 626 South Olden Ave. Trenton NJ. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday morning 9:00 - 10:30am at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton. Interment will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery.
