Obituary of Rosina Menning

Rosina Menning 83 of Yardville passed away May 21, 2016 Mrs. Menning was born in Filipowa, Yugoslavia, she has been an area resident since 1955 living in Yardville most of her life. She was active at the German American Society in Yardville and she most enjoyed playing with her grandchildren, gardening and flowers. She prepared countless authentic German meals and baked goods at holidays and throughout the year. She took pride in maintaining a beautiful home. Daughter of the late Simon and Anna Reger Thiel Wife of the late George Menning Sister of the late Joseph Thiel Surviving are 2 daughters and sons in law Linda & Joseph Dombrowski of Haddonfield Helen & James Wojtowicz of Chesterfield her son, George Menning of Yardville. 2 granddaughters Emily and Olivia Sister, Elizabeth Calasso of Columbus Sisters in law, Barbara Thiel of Columbus Kathi and husband Werner Nelboek of Southampton her Aunt, Maria Friedrich of Hamilton many nieces, nephews and cousins Funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00am Thursday at St. Raphael Church 3500 South Broad St. Hamilton Interment will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery Relatives and friends may call Thursday 8:30 - 10:30am at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton.
