Obituary of Sandra J. Murdza

Sandra J. Murdza, 81, of East Windsor, passed away on January 7, 2023. Born in Binghamton, NY, she has been a Hamilton area resident for most of her life. She was a graduate of Steinert High School. She was retired from AT&T, and worked for many years at Caesar's Pizza. Sandra was also a switchboard operater at RWJ Hamilton until recently. She enjoyed Atlantic City and Parx Casinos, and traveling to Cabo, Mexico with her sisters. Daughter of the late Dennis C. O'Connell, Sr. and Mildred (Ball) O'Connell, wife of the late John R. Murdza, and sister of the late Dennis C. O'Connell, Jr. and Kathleen Mickschutz, she is survived by her children Sharon L. Allen and her husband Walter of Fieldsboro, and John D. Murdza of East Windsor, her grandchildren Chad Allen (Stacy), Todd Allen (Brittney), Keith Allen, and John A. Murdza, great-grandchildren Joshua Allen, Colton Allen, Charlotte Allen, John J. Murdza, and one on the way!, her two sisters Cynthia McGhee and Aileen Gregg, her sister-in-law Virginia O'Connell, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held privately for the family. Interment will be held in Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton.
