Obituary of Katherine C. Neutzman

Katherine C. Neutzman, 89, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully, on October 7, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trenton, she has been a lifelong area resident. Kay was an excellent cook and baker. Nothing brought her greater joy than putting a plate of food in front of someone. Whether it was something she made herself, or as a waitress, a profession she took great pride in for many years. Kay worked until the age of 81 when she was forced to give up her work due to a lung condition. She would have worked up to the day she died, since being productive made her happy. Kay spent many years as a waitress at many local restaurant including Villa Capri, Campo's, La Gondola, The Old Heidelberg, Crickets, and Fred & Pete's Deli. Most of all she cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. Daughter of the late David and Catherine (Zimmer) Housel, sister of the late Dolores Dill, and David Housel, she is survived by her children Kathleen Johnson and her partner Lewis Tuccillo of Hamilton, Raymond Neutzman of Hamilton, and Shirleen Siracusa and her husband Charles of Ewing, grandchildren Christopher Neutzman, Raymond Neutzman, John Johnson (Jennifer), Desiree Fennimore (Michael), Vincent Siracusa, Michael Siracusa, Charisse Siracusa, and Natalie Siracusa, 7 great-grandchildren, her sister-in-law Susan Housel, brother-in-law Robert Dill, and many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 9:30am at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home 2946 South Broad Street Hamilton, NJ 08610. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30am at St. Raphael's Church 3500 South Broad Street Hamilton, NJ 08610. Interment will be in Ewing Cemetery 78 Scotch Road Ewing, NJ 08628. Calling hours for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
