Edward Kelly, 82, of Hamilton, passed away on October 6, 2020.

Born in Trenton, he has been a lifelong area resident. He retired as the Mercer County Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds. Ed was a man with a wide range of knowledge on many topics. He was an avid collector, he enjoyed his cars, and he especially enjoyed his boats. Mr. Kelly also enjoyed the time he spent at the Jersey Shore with his late wife.

 

He is son of the late Henry D. and Justina (Michlik) Kelly, brother of the late Patricia Rech and her husband Nicholas, and husband of the late Dolores M. (Driver) Kelly. He is survived by a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Mark and Debra Sylvestro, he is also survived by his niece Kelly Astbury and her husband Jason, his niece Nikki Conti and her husband Anthony, two step-granddaughters Kelly Castelli and Tammy Sessions, several great nieces and nephews, and many friends including Robert T. Haefele.

 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00am on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at St. Raphael Church 3500 South Broad Street. Entombment will take place at the Mausoleum in St. Mary's Cemetery, Cedar Lane, Hamilton. Relatives and friends may call from 8:00am to 9:30am at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home 2946 South Broad Street, Hamilton, 08610.
