Obituary of Sue S. Alfano

Sue S. Alfano, 98, passed away on April 24, 2020. Born in Oakmont, PA, she has been a Mercer County resident for most of her life, and for the past 9 years she has resided in Morris Hall. Sue was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Ewing Twp., its Altar Rosary Society, and their choir. She was also a member of The American Association of Retired Citizens. She was a former member of The Ewing Township Seniors Club A, and a member of the Friends of New Jersey Library. She retired in 1985 from the NJ State Department of Transportation. Daughter of the late Michael and Vita (Alu) Siena, sister of the late Sarina Colligan, Theresa Bonazza, Edward Siena, and Russel Siena, and wife of the late Victor S. Alfano, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Susan and Joseph M. Mule, her grandchildren Joseph V. and Maria Mule, and Maryann and Linda DeVito, her great grandchildren Joseph Dylan Mule, and Sydney and Sawyer Devito, her sister-in- law Rose and Anthony Angella, her Godchild Mary Jane Romano, her niece Frances and Joseph Bice, and many more loving nieces, nephews, and other relatives. The family would like to extend a very sincere thank you to the staff of St. Joseph's, Morris Hall, for their kindness and special care to Sue. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, interment in Ewing Church Cemetery will be held privately for the family.
