They made New Jersey their new home with their five children, the first Korean family in Trenton, NJ. Kyung Hee Kim was known for being a fantastic cook and loving grandmother. She was such a character and made a lasting impression on anyone she met. A "general" with running her home and an active gym goer, even towards her final days. She was a beloved mother to Chong Shim Shin, Chong Hae Pak, Sung Man Kim, Chong Mi Kim, and Sung Min Kim. Cherished by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; Zaiden, Zander, Brooke, Olivia, and Isabella. Her love lives on.
