Joseph Brandecker Sr. 91 of Yardville passed away November 28, 2019. Mr. Brandecker was born in Siroko Polje, Yugoslavia. He has been an area resident since 1955. A member of the Danube Swabian Club in Yardville. A parishioner of St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish. He is retired from Hill Refrigeration. Mr. Brandecker was affectionately known as Sepp and his late wife as Sophie. Son of the late Anton & Katharina (Schmidt) Brandecker. Husband of the late Josefa Brandecker. Brother of the late Adam and Nikolaus Brandecker. Surviving are his daughter, Klara Andrichuk. 2 sons and daughters in law, Joseph & Caroline Brandecker and Stefan & Melanie Brandecker. 5 grandchildren, Brittaney Brandecker, Joseph and Emma Brandecker, Greta Brandecker and Tina Brandecker. Sister, Maria Petty. Sister in law Martha Brandecker. Several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be 8:30am Wednesday from Knott's Colonial Funeral Home. 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30am at St. Raphael Church, 3500 South Broad St. Hamilton. Interment will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday 6:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Danube Swabian Club, 127 Route 156, Yardville NJ 08620 or to Vitas Hospice, 521 Fellowship Road, Suite 110, Mt. Laurel NJ 08054.
