Josefa Sofi Brandecker 89 of Yardville passed away Tuesday March 12, 2019.
Mrs. Brandecker was born in Starchevo, Yugoslavia and has been an area resident since 1955.
A member of the Danube Swabian Club in Yardville and was a parishioner of St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish.
Daughter of the late Mathias and Klara (nee Kanape) Metternek.
Sister of the late Mauritz Metternek and Katherina Dlubak.
Surviving are her husband Joseph Brandecker Sr.
Daughter Klara Andrchuk of Mt. Holly.
2 sons and daughters in law, Joseph & Caroline Brandecker Jr. of Yardville and Stefan & Melanie Brandecker of Mt. Holly.
Grandchildren, Brittaney Brandecker, Joseph C. & Emma Brandecker, Greta and Tina Brandecker.
Sister in law Maria Petty and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral will be 9:30am Friday from Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00am at St. Raphael Church, 3500 South Broad St. Hamilton.
Interment will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday 6:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home.
