Stan and I were high school friends- in fact, he was my senior prom date and I was his (as you can tell, neither one of us had a serious commitments, so we kinda helped each other out and acted as a prom date). He was always an outstanding Christian man who had the knack for making people of all levels feel at home with him. I cherish the time we had together going to church camp, hanging out after church on Sunday evenings and laughing until our sides ached. You don't have many friends like that EVER in a lifetime. He will be missed.

Barbara and Caitlin,
I am sorry to hear of Stan's passing. I have such fond memories of Mettler Lane and the Christmas parties. Only recently, I was going through my "picture boxes" and I came across some pictures of one of the parties, I think I did a sing along.
I have been thinking about those days a lot, I also remember one crazy night with Stan, the Duffy's and David at Odette's in New Hope. We almost got ourselves thrown out for being too loud in the dining room. And then, Bob Eagan called you my pushy girlfriend because you kept at him to let me sing at the piano bar.
I truly look back on those years as the "Glory Days", much like the Bruce Springsteen song. It has been a long time since but I know that were happy years for you, Stan and Caitlin.
I lost my Dad two years ago so I know hard it must be for Caitlin but she had an amazing father and his spirit will live on in the both of you.
I wish I could be there.
With my deepest sympathy and prayers,
JoAnn

Barbara and family, I am so saddened by the news of Stan's passing. I have such great memories of working with Stan at Wyeth. He was the one who hired me into the Wyeth organization. Who knew that would begin a 19 year connection with Stan and Barbara. Stan was passionate about the infant nutritional business and was the driving force behind our sales of the Wyeth portfolio. I learned a lot from Stanley; he taught me to enjoy the moment, work hard, play hard. Thank you Stan Osborn for bringing me into your life, I know I am a better man for it.

Barbara, thoughts of Stan come from his Class of 1960 from Stillwater, Oklahoma. We will have a meeting tomorrow and think of him.
Stan's parents took pictures of my family when I was about 5. Then later my parents and then my brother were photographers in Stillwater, too.

Stan was a dear friend , I went into business with him selling Melaleuca but I was not a sale person. Stan had so much energy . He loved life ,his Barbie and his children and grand children. You didn’t dare not laugh when you where around him. Then again how could you not.He had a laugh that would get a whole room laughing along with him. Stan was always working on things to better our lives. My family and I will be spending a week at your shore house this Sumner. You will be there at every sunset.rest in peace dear friend but knowing you you’ll be too busy watching over your loved one and making someone laugh.

I am one of many of Stan's friends from Stillwater, OK. He leaves a legacy of friendship, caring and encouragement. He treated me as a brother ... his family was my family. It gives comfort to me and hopefully to you that I grew up with Stan during some spiritual development years and I confirm that he believed such Bible verses as John 11:25-26. I will miss him for now.

Our heartfelt condolences to you Barb and Caitlin. Words can’t express our feelings at this time.
Stan certainly could lite up a room as soon as he walked in, his smile said it all. He will be missed by many. The beach won’t be the same without him.
Our love and prayers to the entire Osborn family.
