Joseph F. Hoenisch Sr. 73 of Yardville, NJ passed away February 15, 2026.

Joseph was born in Voeklabruck, Austria. He was raised in Philadelphia and has been an area resident since he was 18.

He is retired from Circle F. Industries and from Mercer County Technical School.

He was a member of the Iron Workers Union.

He is a Life member of the German American Society in Yardville.

He was devoted to his family. He loved going to his grandsons' soccer games and cheering them on, He beamed with pride watching his granddaughters dance. Family vacations and spending time with his loved ones filled his heart with happiness. No matter the circumstance, he was there for his family and friends. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends at the German American Society.

Son of the late Adam and Theresa (Brenner) Hoenisch.

Brother of the late Erna Hoenisch.

Surviving are his wife of 44 years Katharina (Beismann) Hoenisch.

Son, Joseph F. Hoenisch Jr.

Daughter, Jaclyn Salansky and husband Joseph.

Son, Jason Marquez and husband Gabriel.

Grandchildren, Aiden and Landon Hoenisch, Sophia, Brinley and Josephine Salansky

Brother, Valentin and Betty Hoenisch

Brother in law and sister in law, Franz and Carol Beismann. Many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday 11:00am at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton.

Relatives and friends may call 9:00 to 11:00am Friday at the funeral home.
