Obituary of June A. Didun

June A. Didun 97 of Hamilton passed away March 14, 2025. Mrs. Didun has been a lifelong area resident. She was a member of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church. She was the 1st girl's basketball coach 1972-1973 and they took first place in their division. She was formerly employed at Atlantic Products, then she was employed for 13 years in the cafeteria at Rider University, she retired after 13 years with the State of New Jersey, Dept. of the Treasury. She enjoyed traveling with her best friends Adam and Helen Marut. She is predeceased by her mother Bertha Mikovsky. Her husband Andrew Didun Sr. Her grandson Christopher Didun. Her grandmother who raised her Helen Tackacs. Her brothers Anthony Mikovsky and Charles Mikovsky and sister in law Loretta Mikovsky. and her dear friends Louise Beczo, Sophie Mladenetz and Opal Adams. Surviving are her son Andrew Didun Jr. of Hamilton. Son and daughter in law Charles J. & Lisa Didun of Hamilton. Daughter Helene A. Eagan of Hamilton. Her grandchildren Chelsea Rose Eagan and Jennifer Didun. Many nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral will be Saturday 9:00am March 22, 2025 from Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated 10:30am at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, 202 Grand St. Trenton. Interment will be in St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call Friday 5:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home.
