Obituary of Elizabeth L. Scheurman

Elizabeth L. Scheuerman, 84, of Hamilton Township, NJ, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family.

 

Born in Trenton, Elizabeth has been a lifelong area resident.

 

She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, cooking, singing in the church choir at the 1st Presbyterian Church in Trenton, where she was an active member, and volunteered for TASK.

 

Elizabeth always had a smile and a kind word for everyone she met. She loved children and animals, as well as her family.

 

Elizabeth is predeceased by her parents Ernest and Frances Quarles Hood, her husband Robert Scheuerman. She is survived by her daughters, Debra Lynn Beaumont, and Pamela F. Thompson, and her husband Robert; her sons, Martin A. Beaumont, and Robert J. Scheuerman, and his wife Tara; her grandchildren, Joseph, Kyle, Jacqueline (Brandon), Justin, Robert, and Isabella; her great grandchildren, Arianna, Carter, and Jayden; her brother, Robert Hood, and his wife Christina, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

 

The family will receive visitors on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home 2946 South Broad Street Hamilton, NJ 08610.

 

Funeral services will follow at the Funeral Home on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.

 

Burial of cremains will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Hamilton.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Elizabeth's name to TASK or to the Hamilton Animal Shelter
